Gin
Saturn
J. "Popo" Galsini's IBA gold-medal gin tropical, garnished to look like the ringed planet.
Ingredients
- crushed ice (1 cup)
- fresh lemon juice (0.5 oz)
- passion fruit syrup (0.5 oz)
- falernum (0.25 oz)
- orgeat (0.25 oz)
- dry gin (1.25 oz)
- lemon peel (1)
- maraschino cherry (1)
Instructions
- In an electric blender combine crushed ice, fresh lemon juice, passion fruit syrup, falernum, orgeat, and dry gin.
- Blend until slushy, about .
- Pour into a chilled pilsner glass or tall glass.
- Garnish with a long lemon peel circled around a maraschino cherry.
