Rum
Hemingway Daiquiri
El Floridita's grapefruit-and-maraschino daiquiri, blended slushy for Papa Hemingway.
Ingredients
- fresh lime juice (1 oz)
- fresh grapefruit juice (1 oz)
- maraschino liqueur (6 drops)
- white Cuban rum (3.75 oz)
- crushed ice (1 cup)
- lime wheel (1)
Instructions
- In a blender combine fresh lime juice, fresh grapefruit juice, maraschino liqueur, white Cuban rum, and crushed ice.
- Blend on high for until slushy.
- Pour unstrained into a chilled double coupe.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
