Ingredients

  • fresh lime juice (0.25 oz)
  • fresh pineapple juice (0.5 oz)
  • fresh orange juice (0.5 oz)
  • passion fruit syrup (0.5 oz)
  • Pernod (0.125 tsp)
  • light Puerto Rican rum (1.5 oz)
  • amber Virgin Islands rum (1.5 oz)
  • crushed ice (6 oz)
  • mint sprig

Instructions

  1. Combine fresh lime juice, fresh pineapple juice, fresh orange juice, passion fruit syrup, Pernod, light Puerto Rican rum, and amber Virgin Islands rum in a blender.
  2. Add crushed ice and flash-blend at high speed for 5 seconds.
  3. Pour unstrained into a double old-fashioned glass.
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig.
