Macadamia Nut Chi Chi
The macadamia-nut variant of the Chi Chi, a vodka piña colada with a Hawaiian nut-liqueur layer.
Ingredients
- fresh pineapple juice (4 oz)
- cream of coconut (1 oz)
- macadamia nut liqueur (0.25 oz)
- vodka (1.5 oz)
- crushed ice (1 cup)
- pineapple wedge (1)
- maraschino cherry (1)
Instructions
- In a blender combine fresh pineapple juice, cream of coconut, macadamia nut liqueur, vodka, and crushed ice.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and slushy, about 15 seconds.
- Pour into a chilled hurricane glass or large goblet.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
