Ingredients

  • fresh lemon juice (2 oz)
  • fresh orange juice (1 oz)
  • orgeat (0.5 oz)
  • gin (0.5 oz)
  • light Puerto Rican rum (2 oz)
  • brandy (1 oz)
  • cream sherry (0.5 oz)
  • mint sprig (1)

Instructions

  1. In a shaker combine fresh lemon juice, fresh orange juice, orgeat, gin, light Puerto Rican rum, and brandy.
  2. Shake with cracked ice and pour into a tall collins glass with fresh ice.
  3. Float cream sherry on top.
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig.
