Ingredients

  • fresh lime juice (0.5 oz)
  • fresh grapefruit juice (0.5 oz)
  • simple syrup (0.5 oz)
  • white Cuban-style rum (2 oz)
  • cracked ice (1 cup)
  • grapefruit twist (1)

Instructions

  1. In a shaker combine fresh lime juice, fresh grapefruit juice, simple syrup, and white Cuban-style rum.
  2. Add cracked ice and shake hard until very cold, about .
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
