The Stardust Aku-Aku's communal scaling of the Aku-Aku Lapu, sized for two-to-four in a hollowed pineapple, with a passion-fruit dimension absent from the single serve.
Ingredients
- fresh lemon juice (2 oz)
- fresh pineapple juice (2 oz)
- fresh grapefruit juice (2 oz)
- passion fruit syrup (1 oz)
- falernum (1.5 oz)
- gold Puerto Rican rum (1.5 oz)
- dark Jamaican rum (1.5 oz)
- 151-proof Demerara rum (1.5 oz)
- crushed ice (3 cup)

Instructions
- In a blender combine fresh lemon juice, fresh pineapple juice, fresh grapefruit juice, passion fruit syrup, falernum, gold Puerto Rican rum, dark Jamaican rum, and 151-proof Demerara rum.
- Add crushed ice and flash-blend on high for .
- Pour unstrained into a hollowed pineapple or large communal tiki bowl.
- Garnish with a paper parasol, an orchid, and serve with two to four long straws.
