Ingredients

  • fresh lemon juice (2 oz)
  • fresh pineapple juice (2 oz)
  • fresh grapefruit juice (2 oz)
  • passion fruit syrup (1 oz)
  • falernum (1.5 oz)
  • gold Puerto Rican rum (1.5 oz)
  • dark Jamaican rum (1.5 oz)
  • 151-proof Demerara rum (1.5 oz)
  • crushed ice (3 cup)
  • parasol (1)
  • orchid (1)

Instructions

  1. In a blender combine fresh lemon juice, fresh pineapple juice, fresh grapefruit juice, passion fruit syrup, falernum, gold Puerto Rican rum, dark Jamaican rum, and 151-proof Demerara rum.
  2. Add crushed ice and flash-blend on high for .
  3. Pour unstrained into a hollowed pineapple or large communal tiki bowl.
