Ingredients

  • Don's Mix (0.5 oz)
  • crushed ice (6 oz)
  • fresh lime juice (0.75 oz)
  • falernum (0.5 oz)
  • grenadine (1 tsp)
  • Pernod (6 drops)
  • Angostura bitters (1 dash)
  • gold Puerto Rican rum (1.5 oz)
  • aged pot-still Jamaican rum (1.5 oz)
  • 151 proof Demerara rum (1 oz)
  • mint sprig (1)

Instructions

  1. First make Don's Mix by combining 2 parts grapefruit juice to 1 part cinnamon-infused sugar syrup.
  2. In an electric blender combine crushed ice, fresh lime juice, Don's Mix, falernum, grenadine, Pernod, Angostura bitters, gold Puerto Rican rum, aged pot-still Jamaican rum, and 151 proof Demerara rum.
  3. Blend at high speed for no more than .
  4. Pour into a tall zombie glass and add ice cubes to fill.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig.
