Trader Vic's Grog
Trader Vic's tart Jamaican grog with passion fruit, pineapple, and a hard shake over double rocks.
Ingredients
- fresh lemon juice (1 oz)
- fresh pineapple juice (1 oz)
- passion fruit syrup (1 oz)
- Angostura bitters (1 dash)
- dark Jamaican rum (2 oz)
- cracked ice (1 cup)
- lime wedge (1)
- brandied cherry (1)
Instructions
- In a shaker combine fresh lemon juice, fresh pineapple juice, passion fruit syrup, Angostura bitters, and dark Jamaican rum with cracked ice.
- Shake well.
- Pour unstrained into a short double old-fashioned glass.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and a brandied cherry on a pick.
