Rum
Tiki Puka Puka
A Trader Vic original built on his Navy Grog Mix, equal parts lime, grapefruit, and allspice dram.
Ingredients
- fresh orange juice (1 oz)
- fresh lime juice (1 oz)
- fresh grapefruit juice (1 oz)
- grenadine (0.5 oz)
- allspice dram (0.25 oz)
- light Puerto Rican rum (1 oz)
- dark Jamaican rum (1 oz)
- 151-proof Demerara rum (1 oz)
- gardenia
- orange blossom water
Instructions
- Combine fresh orange juice, fresh lime juice, fresh grapefruit juice, grenadine, allspice dram, light Puerto Rican rum, dark Jamaican rum, and 151-proof Demerara rum in a blender.
- Add a scoop of crushed ice and flash-blend for a few seconds.
- Pour into a tiki mug.
- Garnish with a gardenia dashed with orange blossom water.
