Tahitian Tantalizer
Donn Beach catalog tropical, gold Jamaican, light Puerto Rican, lime, pineapple, passion fruit, falernum, Don's Mix.
Ingredients
- fresh lime juice (0.5 oz)
- fresh pineapple juice (1 oz)
- Don's Mix (1 oz)
- passion fruit syrup (0.5 oz)
- falernum (0.25 oz)
- Angostura bitters (1 dash)
- light Puerto Rican rum (0.75 oz)
- gold Jamaican rum (1.5 oz)
- crushed ice (1 cup)
- pineapple spear (1)
- mint sprig (1)
Instructions
- In a shaker combine fresh lime juice, fresh pineapple juice, Don's Mix (2:1 white grapefruit to cinnamon syrup), passion fruit syrup, falernum, Angostura bitters, light Puerto Rican rum, and gold Jamaican rum.
- Add crushed ice and shake hard until chilled.
- Pour unstrained into a tiki mug.
- Garnish with a pineapple spear and a mint sprig.
