Ingredients

  • fresh lime juice (0.5 oz)
  • fresh pineapple juice (1 oz)
  • Don's Mix (1 oz)
  • passion fruit syrup (0.5 oz)
  • falernum (0.25 oz)
  • Angostura bitters (1 dash)
  • light Puerto Rican rum (0.75 oz)
  • gold Jamaican rum (1.5 oz)
  • crushed ice (1 cup)
  • pineapple spear (1)
  • mint sprig (1)

Instructions

  1. In a shaker combine fresh lime juice, fresh pineapple juice, Don's Mix (2:1 white grapefruit to cinnamon syrup), passion fruit syrup, falernum, Angostura bitters, light Puerto Rican rum, and gold Jamaican rum.
  2. Add crushed ice and shake hard until chilled.
  3. Pour unstrained into a tiki mug.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple spear and a mint sprig.
