Ingredients

  • fresh pineapple juice (1.5 oz)
  • fresh lemon juice (1 oz)
  • simple syrup (0.5 oz)
  • coffee brandy (0.75 oz)
  • light Puerto Rican rum (1 oz)
  • dark Jamaican rum (1.5 oz)
  • pineapple wedge
  • cherry
  • mint sprig

Instructions

  1. Combine fresh pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, coffee brandy, light Puerto Rican rum, and dark Jamaican rum in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well and pour unstrained into a Mr. Bali Hai mug.
  1. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, cherry, and mint sprig.
