Ingredients

  • fresh pineapple juice (4 oz)
  • cream of coconut (1 oz)
  • vodka (1.5 oz)
  • crushed ice (1 cup)
  • pineapple wedge (1)
  • maraschino cherry (1)

Instructions

  1. In a blender combine fresh pineapple juice, cream of coconut (Coco López), vodka, and crushed ice.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and slushy, about 15 seconds.
  3. Pour into a chilled hurricane glass or large goblet.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
