Ingredients

  • lemon (1)
  • superfine sugar (1 tsp)
  • fresh lemon juice (0.75 oz)
  • Cointreau (0.75 oz)
  • gold Barbados rum (1.5 oz)

Instructions

  1. Moisten the rim of a chilled coupe glass with lemon and dip the rim in superfine sugar to coat.
  1. In a shaker combine fresh lemon juice, Cointreau, and gold Barbados rum with ice.
  1. Shake until well chilled and fine-strain into the prepared sugar-rimmed coupe.
