Ingredients

  • fresh pineapple juice (3 oz)
  • Kahlúa (0.75 oz)
  • gold Jamaican rum (1.5 oz)
  • crushed ice (0.5 cup)
  • pineapple wedge (1)
  • maraschino cherry (1)

Instructions

  1. In a shaker combine fresh pineapple juice, Kahlúa, and gold Jamaican rum.
  2. Add crushed ice and shake hard for .
  3. Pour unstrained into a chilled pilsner glass.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry on the rim.
