Beachbum Berry's three-ingredient pineapple-coffee-rum cooler, evolved from a New York shot into a tall tiki sleeper.
Ingredients
- fresh pineapple juice (3 oz)
- Kahlúa (0.75 oz)
- gold Jamaican rum (1.5 oz)
- crushed ice (0.5 cup)
- pineapple wedge (1)
- maraschino cherry (1)
Instructions
- In a shaker combine fresh pineapple juice, Kahlúa, and gold Jamaican rum.
- Add crushed ice and shake hard for .
- Pour unstrained into a chilled pilsner glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry on the rim.
